How to make fried chicken:

Dredge huge chicken thighs that used to be size of an entire chicken in flour, then put in hot oil.   Fry until it is nicely browned on the outside, but raw and bloody on the inside.  Remove to platter and accidentally serve to a whole group of your friends.  Bask in praise you will receive.  I have done this and it really works.
